2 Picanha Steaks

Inspired by the Steakhouses of Brazil but produced right here on our farm in Co Antrim, the Picanha (pick-ahn-yeh) is becoming increasing "Trendy" in the UK & Ireland. 

Less familiar than Sirloin or Fillet however we're confident you won't be disappointed with these quirky steaks which can also be diced for kababs. 

Picanha is the capping muscle over the Sirloin/Rump area. It is the topmost layers of muscle covered in a layer of thick fat which seals in some impressive juiciness &  flavour.
