Delivery
Our order cut-off is 8am on Wednesdays.
Orders placed before the cut-off will be out for delivery Thursday.
Orders placed after cut-off will fall into the delivery schedule as above for the following week. If you require your order sooner, please contact us as we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
If for some reason we can't fulfil part of your order within the specified timeframe we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Lamb Boxes
When you choose to buy a full or half lamb box from us it will be handpicked to order, giving you the freshest and most quality produce possible.
Once your order has been received we will get in touch with your expected delivery date. We do no not expect your delivery date to exceed 14 days from your date of purchase and if possible we’ll have it with you sooner.
All our lamb is hung for a minimum of 7 days and will be delivered to you either by us or our courier service as soon as this process is complete.

Packaging
We take great pride in our produce and so each and every order is packed with great care before being delivered to you.
All our meat products are vacuum packed to lock in maximum freshness and clearly labelled explaining how best to store.
Local delivery packaging -
All our local orders (under 10 miles) are delivered by us in our EPS (expanded polystyrene) thermal boxes. As a commitment to minimising our footprint we reuse these boxes so when possible we’ll take these back from you on delivery.
However if you’re not home it’s not a problem, we’ll leave your order in a safe place where your items will remain fresh/frozen for up to 12 hours. In this instance we ask that if possible you’d keep the box for us and we’ll collect this on your next delivery.
Courier delivery packaging -
If your delivery address is further than 10 miles from our farm it’s most likely that we’ll deliver your order via our local courier service.
Your order will arrive packed in an EPS thermal box set within our branded cardboard outer. EPS is 100% recyclable and we strongly encourage you to do so or alternatively, find another use for your box.
Given this, you can rest assure your order will arrive as fresh as when it left our farm premises.
